Corn Pakoda

 

 

 

Ingredients: 

1 cup yellow corns

1 cup Fried chana dal

4 chopped green chillies

1 tbsp ginger garlic

½ cup Chopped coriander leaves

Salt to taste

2 tbsp all purpose flour

Oil to deep fry

 

 

 

 Preparation:

 

·         Clean the corn and cut the corns by running the knife, if you use frozen corns thaw it for 15 minutes.

 

 

 

·         Blend green chillies, coriander leaves, ginger garlic paste, salt, fried chana dal.

·         Add corns to this mixture and blend again to make  smooth paste.

 

 

 

·         Add all purpose flour to the mixture and make small balls and press gently to give patties shape.

 

 

 

 

·         Heat the oil in a kadai and deep fry the patties untill golden brown colour on medium flame.

 

 

 

·         Serve hot with green chutney or tomato sauce.
